| I believe you can only purchase the tags at DOW offices after midnight of the night before the season starts (oct 22). All other retailers stop sales at midnight. |

You can buy tags whenever. Oct 22nd is only one of our seasons. We have numerous seasons and you can purchase a tag for the season that is going on if needed at any location.
